I really like this photo of you. I think it looks very professional and the black and white effect is a great touch. However, I do agree maybe cropping it a little more would help your face stand out.
I like your photo, but I think your face gets a little lost in the background. Maybe try it without black and white or darkening the background in the upper right-hand side.
