The color contrast in the photo is really nice, but it would be great to have a better angle of your face. Maybe a side angle so the viewer can see your eyes!
The color contrast and lighting do a great job of complementing the color of your skin and shirt. The composition you chose to use has you slightly to the right side of the image, which is visually appealing.
As I told you before, I thought you intentionally picked up the shirt to fit the background of your site, and then I found it was a coincident:) But the color combination is very cool!
One suggestion I have is that make sure to match your bio writing with the photo. For example, it would be very nice to mention you like reading in your bio:)
